We are so thankful to have found Nina who flawlessly navigated us in this process of purchasing our first home, while completing it entirely virtually! We are a military family with six kiddos and stationed in NJ and were looking for a home to fit us all in CA! Nina made it easy by setting up Zoom meetings with us, as well as being incredibly flexible with the 3 hour time difference and my husbands flying schedule. Discussing these specific needs made way for us to move ahead with a solid plan as to what type of home we were looking for, what our must haves were and what we were willing to compromise on, which in this housing climate was important for us to understand that there might be certain concessions we would have to be willing to make in order to find our home! This all made the rest of the process, including closing, seamless! We are so thankful for Nina in helping us navigate purchasing our first home, taking time and having patience to answer all of our questions, sometimes twice and always making herself available to clarify the entire process as we moved along through closing. When buying a home, especially one with such a high value, It is helpful to have a bulldog in your court. Nina was our such bulldog.
